The Village of Rochester Hills provides shoppers with tree lined boulevards, convenient parking and nationally recognized retailers.

The Village of Rochester Hills, a 375,000-square-foot shopping center, is the first in Michigan to utilize the lifestyle streetscape concept. The newly constructed center includes respected national retailers in various segments, including apparel, home and entertainment.

Devoid of uniform roof lines and seemingly endless parking lots, The Village of Rochester Hills is accessed via Main Street leading to stores that are architecturally distinctive. Though each storefront shares similar building materials, including stone, brick, wood and stucco, each is completely unique yet complementary.

The center's layout and landscaping invites shoppers to stroll from store to store. The main boulevard is lined on either side with storefronts. Lush landscaping abound along the boulevard and side roads. Curbside, angled parking along all roads in the Village allows for convenient parking without a sea of asphalt.
